"Legends in Luray" 2022 Tournament!
A cool format for this tourney - making sure everyone gets lots of play!
One division will play on a given day
Dates from mid-May to mid/late August
A maximum of 8 teams per division
8-team Round Robin - every team plays every other team
Top 4 teams play in two medal matches
Guaranteed 7 matches per team, and 9 matches for top 4 teams
Initial Round Robin matches are 1 game to 11 by 2
Semifinals round matches are 1 game to 15 , win by 2
Medal round matches are best of 3 games to 11, win by 2

Mixed divisions may have all women, but not all men
Men's divisions may have women
Women's divisions must be all women

Finals winners receive the coveted Legends Gold Medalist pin, and...
...increase their total # of gold medals for the 2022 "Top Legend" award. See all the info below:

Play begins at 10am (earlier if teams ready)
Estimated completion of medal matches is around 3-4pm

Check out historic Luray downtown for shops, lunch, etc. Take a drive or hike on Skyline Drive. We a re a short drive from the entrance Check out Luray Caverns Try the local zipline company Check out the award-winning Mimslyn Inn for lunch or dinner...or a stay overnight
